About saktzi

saktzi is a small, free collection of practical math and measurement tools — concrete, tape measure, electrical, money, and more — plus plain-English lessons. No sign-up, no ads getting in the way of the answer.

The goal is simple: give tradespeople, students, and DIYers a fast, trustworthy answer, and show the math behind it so you can check the work yourself.

Who makes it

saktzi is built and maintained by Frankco, an independent software developer. I spend my days building tools where the numbers have to be right — so I made saktzi to give tradespeople, students, and DIYers fast, clear answers, with the math shown so you can verify it yourself.

How the numbers are calculated

Every tool shows its formula in the "How it works" section on its page. The calculators are planning estimates — for anything that costs money or affects safety, verify against local codes, your supplier, or a licensed professional before you commit.
